UK E90 (Pre LCI) Underseat SUB Query

Hey guys,

I'm planning to do my install soon but before I do, does anybody know whether the factory underseat subs are glued in or screwed into the enclosures? Some are saying glued and others, screwed

– be grateful to know what the general consensus is here?

Only the base system is glued

How hard is it to take out these glued subs from the enclosures? Is it do-able without damaging the speaker/enclosure so that I could reuse if I decide to sell the car on?

Speaker might bend. Enclosure is usable. Speaker might have to be screwed back in, and I wouldn't re-install it unless I was selling the car...

That's the only reason I ask as I get bored after a couple of years.. so when I'm ready to sell and the buyer doesn't want SWSs', I can re-install the OEM ones back in, albeit screw in.
