Wait, so if it says "fly wheel tq/hp" we are talking about crank #'s here or at the wheels? I know that a lot of s2k guys always said that church's dyno read on the high side.

It's definetly Wheel numbers because if it were only crank numbers at 15 percent loss i'd be making only 290 Wheel HP on a procede car so it's that def out of the question. An Auto E90 got 300whp on the same Dyno right after me so it's all good.

It's a non-standard dyno so you can only compare numbers with other people who ran that day. Did any stock 335s dyno?

a stock 335i put down 300whp and 338wtq.... either the stock 335 has a really really strong motor or the Procede with exhaust isn't making 50whp

only time will tell

nice meeting you Jonmartin & WalkedU

It was nice meeting you to man but at the same time I wasn't the only one making power like that Walked U was almost as much and the 300/338 Car also beat a pretty well modded M3 recently with ease where as most people would say a stock 335 would have trouble beating a stock M3.. I guess someone has a strong car....:rocks:

Those readings seem pretty high for 91 octane. They are more like 93 octane gains.

Those numbers are in line with what our car made on 91 oct with an exhaust.

Stupid noob question here. What really is going to drive the car to faster acceleration, is the actual torque or HP? I would figure torque since that's the actual rotational force on the driveshaft that drives the wheels. I saw on your guy's company site before you had a 380-400HP package, and now you have 360-380HP package? Did you somehow manage to get the same/more torque out of the car with less HP or something or am I totally missing something here? I'm very very much interested in tuning my 335i with you guys once I get it broken in. Thanks!

Those numbers are pretty much the same as what I made with the Turbo Tuner on the same Dyno at the same shop. I also have the secondary cat and resonator delete but I was running 93 Octane.

By the way, Dynapacks dont measure flywheel or wheel power, they measure at the hub which is somewhere between the numbers at the crank (factory numbers) and at the tire surface (Dynojet, Mustang) but on average Dynapack numbers are around 20HP and 20ft-lbs higher than a Dynojet.

Here is my Dyno sheet from Church auto.

Actually, the more I look at your Dyno sheet the more I think your HP numbers are a little low. You might want to check with Shiv as to why. You only made around 14% more power than a stock 335i although the stock may have been using 93 Octane since I saw in the thread you guys were thinking of getting some race gas before the runs.

The Church dyno reads very high, you can't compare it to other dynos.

this car might as well be supercharged with the PEAK numbers it makes right away.... usually we see a climb as the graph goes on, on these its huge spike peak tq and HP and then it just starts dropping.

still very powerfull and great numbers. Im scared to DYNO on that dyno.

Mine was on 91/100 mix to around 93 Octane. I don't think the ECU can make gains above 93.
