328XI Loaner
I own a 330XI. I had a 328XI loaner recently. The suspension seemed more compliant on the 328XI. How is your 328 loaner's suspension compared to your 330?

the ride is for sure better, i think bcuz it doesnt have the 18" wheels and the sport package, the suspension was very good through the turns (it only had 389 mi when i left this morning) so i didnt push it to hard. i curised around 90 mph and got 27 mpg with 3 ppl and a puppy in the car with the a/c on. it had less road noise than my 330 over a good car. how did the 328xi do on gas compared to ur 330xi?

Sorry, but I didn't pay attention to the mileage.
I heard that BMW did change the suspension sometime between the 2006 and 2007 year models, because the ride was so hash on the 2006 models. I liked the ride of the 328XI better than my 330XI. Both had 17" wheels and continental runflats. |

If I remember my e90post threads, then there was at least one suspension change during the 2006 production run. So the 07 suspension may be the same as the later 06 models, but not the early 06 models. Beginning with June 2006 production, the shock manufacturer changed to Bilstein (from Boge/Sachs). Although, I think the specs stayed the same so it should drive the same.

i hit 100 a few times, my 330 was a 01/06 car so i would think the changes would be made by then, at 100 it was great the ride was better at 100 then at 80 in my car lol
