Gary: which is better, Pirelli 0 or Mich PS2?

Anyone have info on the new Pirelli P Zero that we can get in 335 sizes? A set of four is $100 more than Michelin PS2s.

Read the newest Sport Auto 5/2007 and you don't think twice. P Zero wins the test by a clear margin, whereas PS2 is fifth.

I just got new wheels and tires on my car and went with those Pirellis and they are very nice, a much better ride with them on....my tires are 235/30/20 front and 285/25/20 rear. Mike.

Thanks for your advice guys, I just ordered a set of the Pirelli P Zeros from TireRack -- the only thing that gave me pause was that the size had Mercedes associated with it. I would have probably paid a few bucks more if they had been clever enough to put Lamborghini Gallardo next to it. Glad I'm getting the Quaife LSD, at $1100 for the set with shipping I can't be melting these babies!

I am guessing you arent talking about the P Zero Nero? I just got a set of those for my 18s and only payed $650 or so. But the set of PS2s for the 19s were around $1350.

Staggered 18". The new P Zeros (not P Zero Nero) -- at least they had better be!

So Gary, let us know what you have heard about them (new P zeros) so far. The Euro press is gaga over them. I was in a hurry (always dangerous) and ordered them instead of the PS2s, which I have liked for a long time.

I haven't heard much at all about these yet, sorry. Let us know what you think of them.

Thanks Gary, guess I'm the guinea pig.

bnj, I'm still hoping that you might scan the test in Sport Auto, or post a link. Thanks.

The P 0s came via UPS today -- TireRack is fast, as usual. Not getting them installed until next week, will do a report then. One thing you notice right away: they are a lot lighter than the OEM rfts.

Thanks for the links, joe3series; I had seen the dubai test write-ups, but the Auto Sport was new, and interesting.
