My E92 335i Custom Exhaust...

Just picked up the car from Royal Muffler in Chatsworth CA.

It is one of the best looking exhaust systems i have ever seen!! Jimmy at Royal made it and its amazing!! The piping and the welds are flawless.

2.5" Mendrel bent stainless steel piping from the downpipes back. Its a full bolt on!!

Stainless steel X-pipe

We used the 2 mufflers and tips that i had from Autospeed.

I will post soundclips tomorrow after i wash it but its not too loud and its really deep and has a perfect tone and no raspy sound at all!!!

Awsome very nice work. mandrel bends and Flanges ftw. Lol almost exact set up I have. But I have my flanges set up removing the mid pipe.

Cant wait to hear the sound clips

looks like they took their time on making the exh system for you. get the damn thing on a dyno and lets hear the car

Very nice. One of the nicest weld jobs I've seen. Reminds me of the aluminum frame welds on Sportbikes.

Is this a direct bolt on or did they cut off some parts? I will call them tomorrow. How long did they kept your car for?

If you need someone with a camcorder, I can record clips for you as well. I'm always around in the Northridge area.

I like everything except the mufflers, a bit too big for my taste.

They didnt cut anything. Direct bolt on. Here is a sound clip... If you dont hear sound change it to windows media player at the top of the video screen.

Yeah i drove it around last night. The top end feels much better!! like After 60mph in 3rd you can tell its pulling harder.

No. I think its the reflection off the black that you are seeing.

Dont get butthurt. My digi camera sucks, its not a camcorder so for sound its not good and doesnt pick up the exhaust tone. Ill try doing a drive by with it and see how it sounds but i dont care how it sounds on a camera, you have to hear this thing in person to appreciate it. I'll upload the videos to photobucket when i get home.

I was being toung-in-cheek. Dont take it to heart. I think it sounds great.

Nice sound.

But looking at your pics, it seems to me they incorrectly supported the car at one corner - driver front, to be precise. If I were you, I'd check the car to make sure they didn't bend anything that shouldn't be bent...
