18x8.5 offset 38 wheels on 328i coupe - any rubbing against the struct?

Hi all, I am looking to pick up 18x8.5 rims with offset of 38 all around for my 328i. I just have a question - in particular to the front. The stock 18" front rims are at 18x8 with offset of 34. By going 18x8.5 and offset of 38, is this ok with respect to clearance with the struct? I know the outside is fine, just interested in the clearance with respect to the struct side. Thanks. Please help...

you can go up to an offset of et 42 with a wheel width of 8.5 without worrying about the struts in the front!

nope that offset is still good. people on the forum are running 19x8.5 et 40 in the front and 19x9.5 et 45 with 20mm spacers in the rear with lowered whips and no rolling of fenders! you should be good!
