That's the Aero lip.

yup that is aero lip not mtech lip and is this oem or aftermarket?

It's probably just a picture of it before it was taken off and painted.

the pic is of my old lip i bought a new one and got it painted but i decided to just change my whole bumper and idk weather its after market or not i bought it of a e90post member brand new in the packaging...
