Just got a call from BMWNA asking how my service expirience was... surprise...

Got a call from a snooty british old woman saying she was from BMWNA, and wanted to ask about my recent service... I go through practically 10 minutes of explaining to her everything that happened the night it died, and her asking me all these questions about rating and stuff...

Then she gets to a question about the expirience getting the car back... I said, "well, the car is still in the shop, it has been for a month now".

She says "oh, I will need to call you back after your service is completed, have a nice day", and hangs up!

What a complete waste of time... courtesy call my ass! why didnt they ask at the beginning if I had my car back... they just assumed...

I am considering complaining... not sure who to complain to... its just too much now... dead fuel pump... an SA that lies and tells me that it will be ready "next week" even though its been a month, and now this... its just plain annoying... I just want my car back

I believe they're a 3rd party vendor hired by BMWNA. For some reason I think the same company does survey's for other auto manufactures.

I agree that you should complain about not having your car back. You should be compen$ated for the time that you were not driving your car. However, the people who call you are from another office not necessarily related to the service dept. of BMW NA. sort of third party...

So you're making a monthly payment for a new car that you're not driving. Tell me they at least gave you a loaner. I would be pissed!
