good customer service
BMW NA called me earlier today to ask about my father's BMW that was in the shop for a week getting fixed. They wanted to know how the service went, if I was satisfied, any issues or concerns I had etc.., and mentioned how they value their customer relationships. I thought this was a very nice touch and makes the consumer feel important. With past automobiles I never have received or expected any calls from the headquarters to check up after a service. I am pleasantly impressed.
