What do people use to clean wood trim?
I did a search and found nothing definitive. I've heard that there is a coating on the wood, some people say it's not wood etc etc. Does anyone know definitively and what one should use to clean it?
thanks in advance

There are many different options to choose when cleaning it. Basically anything non-abrasive will work fine. It's not like it's something on the exterior so how dirty can the wood really get right? I've just used warm water and a mild cleaner to wipe them down. Afterwards a nice coat of straight carnauba (i.e. no cleaner wax) works great - gives the wood a really great reflective quality
