20k a good price on 07 E92 CPO?

Hi all,
I'm looking at a 2007 328i coupe with 50k miles and 1 year remaining on CPO. It is jet black with light tan interior. The interior is in excellent condition. the exterior has no dents or scrapes, but some rock chips on the front and the paint is full of 'swirls' as is typical for jet black. It has decently new brakes and tires. It has premium package but no sport package or upgrade audio.

Is $20,000 a good price for this?

Dealer or private seller?? If you really consider it to be in "excellent" condition this would be a pretty fair price. Should be able to wiggle it down to 19k or 18,500 using the rock chips as ammo. Good luck!!

No sports package?!?... More ammo I guess lol. Then again, the coupe already has the sport steering wheel and the suspension, just not the seats nor the wheels.
