Im in the same situation lol. I think im going to go with Alpine white though... i plan on doing a nice tint to go with it.
Clean white cars = the shit. And then theres the part of me that thinks id rather have a raw sports car like a S2000.... *sigh* decisions... lol |

black and if you can't find a black one and have to settle for a white one, don't. Settling is for people who don't have the balls to get what they want in life.

Black for those who like to wash their car everyday and like looking at scratches and swirls.
White for those who want a clean looking car days after washing and having a slightly cooler car in the summer months. It's simple as that. Anybody whose owned a black car before, often will never again! My first car was black...never again...too much work only to see dirt on it hours later! AW with tinted windows and a nice set of wheels looks great! |

Classier...not sure. Both look very good. I think black looks better stock and white looks better moded. I picked white only because I have a black car in my stable already.

Black looks better than any other color. For like 10 minutes, though.
I washed my car this past weekend, and I swear, I could see the pollen building up on it as I was drying it. Sucks. Within hours, my black car was green. Days like that, I vow to choose silver for my next car.

Ever seen a white tux? Black is classy and understated.
Looks good from the outside, but the main attraction is what's under the hood/in the driver's seat.

I will tell you after driving the acura for 5 minutes I wanted to pull over and park it. It felt like I was driving an absolute toy, with no control, stability and the thing was so damn loud. I was amazed at how terrible the car felt. Just wanted to let you know what you are in for...Good luck with your BMW

Ya ive got the same exact car he had lol. By far the best color btw. I love my Type S but its time to move to bigger and better things. I have the option of a 328i or a S2000 (kind of)... just a matter of refinement vs sport i guess. It'll come down to a test drive and some smooth talking with my dad.
Anyway... i still say white is definately classy when done right. My father has a 6 series and living in atlanta he has to dust the pollen off every day he drives it (and usually when he doesnt) and generally washes it about twice a week. It looks great when its clean... but you'll never see it that way for more than 20min. I guess its more a question of how much time you want to spend washing and waxing your car.... the good news is you could get in great shape waxing it every weekend... thats one hell of a work out lol |

JB looks the best, hardest to keep clean. If you are not crazy about upkeep, then get the AW, as it is much easier to maintain. But if you enjoy the process of keeping the car looking awesome, then get the JB, as no color can touch it when it is clean...

Or just be bold and get lots of compliments, go Montego Blue.
Will stand out better than either Black or White and turns lots of heads! |

My opinion black looks best clean, but if you are driving a 335 any color looks damn good. My dealer washes my car anytime I take it there, at least twice a week, for free. Black on black is the way to go.
