Once I got the badge off I put some goo-gone on the adhesive and let it sit for a little bit. By the time I got to the last 5 and i it came off like butta. Did a final wipe down and polished and sealed the surface.

step 1: with a hair dryer heat up the numbers. Moving the hair dryer back and forth across 3 letters at a time, heat for 10 seconds, then dont apply heat for 10 seconds and repeat a few times. You do not want to burn the paint!

step 2: After about 1 min, use fishing line or dentil floss. Start with the corner of a number or letter and keep pulling to the left or right(depending which side your starting on). Keep adding heat then taking it away and eventually the line will start sliding across the rear of the numbers.

step 3: you are now left with double sided tape residue. I like to use bug and tar remover. Spray it on. Wait about a minute. Try to pull off the big chunks if u can with ur fingers. THen with a soft cloth wipe the rest away.

step 4: put bug and tar remover on again. Wait 1 min. Wipe it off. Your car now looks like it never had numbers in the first place.

step 5: take pics.
