are these just renders or actual spyshots/official releases?

have seen so many unofficial renders not sure what this magazine is saying exactly

If they're renders, my guess would be they're extremely accurate based on the shots we've seen.

These are just renders folks.

One look at the area between the headlights and the kidney grilles shows that these are renders. It's missing the very marked indentation/space between the lights and grilles that were recently revealed in these uncovered F30 spy photos.

These renders are also missing the double character lines (the higher one) down the side of the car, one very distinguishable design aspect of the F30 (you can see the double side character lines in many of the previous spy photos).
