Sorry for the newb questions....is Procede a flash? Chip?

I currently have an Audi A4 with a Revo flash that doubles the boost to up the H.P. It was a software flash that was done via a shop that specialized with revo software.... so now that I plan to get a 335xi steptronic a few questions

1) What exactly is Procede? Physical Chip? Flash? My Revo flashed can be UNFLASHED for visits to the dealer....although i've never even bothered unflashing it for routine service or nonrelated minor electrical visits. With all this talk re. BMW voiding warranties I'd like to have more info... wouldnt want to void the warranty for a sched maintanance visit.

2)The flash on my audi increased power from 200hp/220tq to 260hp/290tq what exactly are the gains on the Procede?

3) with the insane power (0-60 times in the mid 4's) can the auto trans handle these kind of numbes? can the xi system handle it?

4)What 0-60 times would one expect for a 335 xi steptronic (approximately, since not too many 335xi's out there yet)

5) How much is Procede and how does one install it?

6) Is there anything else on the market thats similar? Does it work the same way? cost?
Thanks in advance guys.

Good thing Shiv says in his sig "THE PROCEDE IS NOT A CHIP!"... the message really seems to be working effectively. Its a piggy-back, not a chip or a flash.
