Ethics Question

Ok... let's say that a "friend" got a loaner 328i from his dealer while they fix said "friends" 335 fuel pump issue.
Well let's also say that this "friend" also has a e90 325i with a weird bump on the shifter under the clearcoat as well as some plastic piece under the car that somehow broke off and is pretty sure it didn't happen on purpose.

Would it be ethical to remove said pieces from the 328i and swap them with the 325i?

Meh, if you're already headed for hell it won't make much difference.
