Its an IT certification. Cisco are a BIG worldwide company (world leader in networking) and they have various certifications and courses that you do.

As more or less every network in the world will have Cisco equipment, the more Cisco qualifications you can get the more employable you are.

I did the CCNA Security (Cisco Certified Network Associate) which is a pre-requisite for the CCNP Security (Cisco Certified Network Professional).

This gives more info on the course/exam but may not make much sense if your not in the field i guess...

Yeh unfortunately they do cost. this one was £147 for the exam. I got it on expenses from work so thats OK and to get this qualification is just one exam so not too bad. Others (higher levels) require 3 exams for the qualification and within 3 years have to renew.

That sounds like a great idea! Timing isn't great though as I start ramadhan on weekend so curry is gna be difficult lol. I think we should deffo sort out a meet/curry tho

Congrats, I did CCNA training @ uni but never ended up taking the exam (was working full time in IT whislt at uni)
