Trim for Saddle Interior
Hey Folks...
After much internal debate (and seeing some pictures on this Board), I have decided to change my Interior trim from Dark Walnut to Grey Poplar. The Brown in the Dark Walnut seems to "clash" with the 'orangy' Saddle (which ive seen in person). I still love the Saddle, but the trims that look best (IMO) are; 1. Piano Black (not avail in US) 2. Aluminum (looks cool..but not for me) 3. Grey Poplar

I hope you will be as happy with your choice as I hope to be with mine.

I ordered Saddle with aluminum, based on some good pictures here of that combination that were absolutely stunning.
I saw an e93 on the lot with saddle and the light poplar, and it was pretty stunning. The lighter, blonde look to the wood was nicer with saddle than the burl, in my opinion. Grey poplar is a much "cooler" color than the other woods, which are dominated by warm brown tones. The saddle, of course, is also warm. Also depends on your exterior. If you're silver, gray, or black the grey poplar will also tie very nicely to that. |

I've got montego/saddle/brushed on order and while I was never able to see that exact combination in person, I think it will look great
black/saddle was my second choice but wanted something a little more bright and at 24, I can get away with it (I hope so anyway)

I ordered Light Poplar with the Saddle, and I love it.
I have to love it, my car finished production today! Grey Poplar/Saddle sounds interesting, I never saw that combo, bet it looks good.
