Good one, Bynum.

A prick on and off the court. Way to represent the Lakers and upholding the public image of celebrities/athletes as being rich assholes. Double-parking in the handicap spot in a M6.... |

I'm not suprised that Bynum did what he did. He did act in the most unprofessional way during the end of the Laker season. |

Some people may not see it as a big deal. I personally do see it as a big deal as I have uncle whom is handicap. What is most upsetting is that he is a HUGE Lakers Fan and to see this it's definitely a slap to the face. Uncle played Wheelchair Basketball for years and had the pleasure of playing some ball during half time during one of their games for the half time show. The Lakers sponsor them (Fast Breakin' Lakers) so to me this is disgusting, definitely upsets the shit outta me. Guess some others won't see and feel what I feel since they may not have someone close to them whom is handicap or whatever the situation may be.

I dont agree with what he did at all. I see it happen all the time and most people unfortunately get away with it, however, since hes a big star, he gets sh!t on for it, and thats his fault. When your in the public eye you gotta behave, and thats something he doesnt do. I dont think they need to make it a big deal and investigate and all that, give him his $400 ticket, and thats the end of it.

I do not see why everyone has to act such a big deal.
There are rules, regulations, vehicle codes, fines, etc. Just because he's a public figure, everyone has to "OMG!!!" TV stations has to go on Breaking News, Investigation, Interrogate face to face and stuck a microphone on his face? That's a bit over-reaction. I agree, this action is NOT OK, he parked illegally, give him the ticket and i'm more than happy to see his car being towed away. But putting on 9 o'clock news and investigate, I don't think so. As a famous sports figure, he should behave himself. Many fans and kids looking on them as a idol. What are they sending the message to the kids? If you're rich enough, you can get away with literally everything, and disregard everyone else. This is just sad. Shops should constantly enforce handicap parking rule. I always see perfectly healthy person abuse the system and somehow got a handicap permit. Is that ok? and they are getting away from it.
