Non Dealer Car Finance
Hello all,
At least one of you will be pleased to see that I am now looking for a serious quote on Car Finance against a car which is purchased privately. I've never done this before, in fact I don't finance my cars at all usually. I've purchased using HP + Baloon payment from Porsche and I liked the fact that the cars value roughly tracked alongside the repayable finance and that there was no front loaded interest, meaning I could change easily (as I am inclined to do.) I wondered therefore if anyone knows of, has used, or even works for a finance house and can reccomend one. Naturally, the cost of owning the car over about 12-18 months is what I am most interested in, but good experiences and service are also important. Thanks in advance, Regards Matt |

oracle finance is what i use/have used in the past.. http://www.oraclefinance.co.uk/
my current car is not financed by them, (mostly due to convenience of the selling dealer matching all their quotes ) but in the past they have been very good were recommended to me from a work colleague who financed his M6 through them, they 'know' the products, so to say, and can often weasel out a pretty nice deals.. also they are very very friendly (or as friendly as sales people can be ) as with everything though, read the small print! |

I doubt I will buy from a BMW dealer mate, is that in respect of cars you bought privately? I had considered ringing BMW Finance, but again assumed that they wouldn't touch a car not bought through the dealers. Oracle - I know well as I looked at a car in their showroom (different company owned by the same bloke) and have asked them for a quote as I couldn't remember their name! Also, I have used Gareth at Bespoke (to find me my 135i) but I may or may not contact him for a quote. To be honest although I got what I paid for and he was fine, I found the whole process a bit pointless. Perhaps using his finance is my opportunity for him to save the money I paid lol!!! Regards Matt |

Do you want my contact at Lombard?
He will beat any rate out there and allow you to do a balloon on it. Just got the X1 for under £300 a month with only £1000 deposit, BMW were £96 a more each month with a balloon that was only £400 less at the end, so massive different on rate. Blip me a PM and I will give you his contact number. |

Hmmm, I like vocal/uplifting for driving and round the house, so that would be great. For the gym, Rumblefish on steroids would be good Cheers Matt |

Funny you should mention the mixes, I've been meaning to send you a pm Guy, or start a dedicated thread, as I've just got round to listening to about 6 of your mixes. Really really impressed with them.
In fact I checked last night on your website and notice a few more so will be downloading them too. Brilliant stuff .

I thought you had used Gareth at Bespoke Automotive before Matt?
I know Booforty used MHC Finance, based in Birmingham.
