Wow I didn't know a car could have more go wrong with it. This car had more break in the first 18k than my e36 did in its 204k life. That really bothers me that BMWs used to be bullet proof cars, they would go forever until wear and tear held them back. Now its all a money making business and things break all the time. Good luck with this getting settled OP.

I would also question the competency of the dealership.

It's impossible for all of those to happen to a single car. The owner should apply for a Guiness World Record. As well as the dealership for the worst mechanics ever.

What did the dealership try to "fix" with the fuel pump every few thousand miles?? They should simply have replaced it instead.

WOW!!! I have never seen so many problems with a car. I would try and lemon the car and have BMW NA buy out the remainder of what you owe, or get a second opinion at another BMW dealership or independent dealership that has a great reputation for working on BMWS.

Get in contact with BMWNA and let them know what happened. If the dealership did work underwarranty and in fact didn't follow BMW servicing guidelines(replacing pump rather than repair) then I imagine someone is gonna have a shit storm on their hands |

Do they pay off the car and let you keep the car too? |

I thought lemon laws were between owners and manufacturers, not the dealers. Idk the details of this waiver, but it sounds like it prevents lawsuits for lost money/damages, not to prevent you from lemon lawing the car

Contact BMWNA and in the future, never sign a waiver without FULLY understanding its implications of it.
