JB4 Install Help!

I hooked the JB4 up and the engine tries to turn over for about 6 to 8 seconds before it starts. Then its running but the check engine light/service soon lights are on. Did I hook one of the connections up wrong?

Here is a pic of the way I wired it.

I couldn't help you either way, but I would highly recommend taking a non-blurry picture...

Take a picture of each of the connections and an overhead shot. Make sure you can see the individual wires clearly.

Is this a JB4 pnp harness?

Sounds like you have a faulty connection with your power source. Had a similar problem when hooking up my procede and that was b/c I had a bad power connection, which makes sense in your case.

Thanks for the replies and to Terry for the quick late night responses. I feel like the guys on weird science when they realize they forgot to put their bras on their heads. We forgot to plug in the power wire...and the main unit. Terry please consider a disclaimer about not drinking crown royal during installation.
