E90 OEM Aero Kit

BMW E90 3 Series Sedan OEM M Aerodynamic Kit

I found it for $855 online, primed but unpainted. Does it cost a lot to have this painted?

I have seen painted ones for $2800 on ebay. I am trying to see which one would be a better deal.

I was just quoted Paint and Installation on the kit will be $1000.

This was what they told me:
Quote:
Paint and Installation on the kit will be $1000. We use German Autobody
located in Santa Clara, Instead using PPG they used Glassurit by BASF. This
is best paint available. The facility is equipped with Blowtherm oven that
will cure your paint in less than 2 hours. Lifetime warranty on paint and
guarantee color match. Its expensive but its worth it, we paint many mtech kit for E60. Check out E60.net for feedback.
So around $2000 for the whole kit (parts, paint and install), very tempting!!

Well how much is it to just get it painted, I can install it myself not that hard. If it costs $1,000 for install + paint, how much for only paint?

I was quoted shipping will be in the range of 90 - 120 dollars to CA depending on the final dimensions of the box(s) since they will be UPS oversized.

The kit you are being quoted is for the 330. There are additional parts you need for the 335. The significant issue is painting and installation. You need to get someone who knows what they are doing.
