For N54, which downpipe is better in terms of performance and quality? Give out your vote.

You won't find but maybe 1 or 2 people who have actually bought both and can really vote on this thread. Anyone who is going to vote is going to vote for what they have. This will yield no useful results.

If you really want to know, call the shops that carry and install these things for a living and get their opinion.

i can tell you the results now, landslide for AR. And its due to them basically setting the benchmark for fitmet and quality of their pipes. There are a couple vendors that offer very similar quality products to AR now, but were a little later to the game and are fighting for AR's customers (folks willing to pay a premium for the top quaility)

I was going to say damn I'm surprised it was not the first post. Yea sorry OP but there is no Vishnu downpipe for the N54. So ar wins by default in this case.

Macht Shnell is cheaper and is exactly the same quality as AR. Me and Mr. 5 are running them on the track and they have done great (coated DPs that is).

even though I don't think Vishnu makes a pipe for the N54, and I doubt they will as the market is pretty much saturated at this point.

AA, MS, AR... all are well made and have great fitment.
