Does BMWHK know about F10 jerkiness?

I went to BMWHK and complainted today. They (obviously) gave me that line that they have not heard any issues before. Did any of you complained to BMW service?

And what's the best way to demonstrate the problem to them? For me, it is very random and I had a technician in my car driving around the block and it only happened once very subtly. I did point it out but not sure if the techician understood.

Then, of course, hit a traffic jam on the Eastern Corridor on the way back, and the car is jerking all the way

Bro. I told you guys I have this problem. And my SA told me I was the first car in HK island side that has it. Not sure if he was telling me the truth. After they reinstalled my throttle and transmission softwares. The problem came back on again after awhile. I think they couldn't fix it as other members said.

But I only have this with my sport mode. In normal mode it's smooth.

I have this in normal and comfort mode. Not noticed it in sport/sport+ mode. So they at least lied to me because I should be the 2nd car on HK Island to tell them

RC3, maybe you and I can go together to show them that it is not an isolated problem

Any more bros in HK having the jerkiness problem? Maybe we can line our cars up in front of the service center to force them to at least acknowledge!

mlai, did your v1.0 jerk? Seems like the other bros don't have this issue.

Contradict to some posted at other treads that S/M can eliminate jerkiness.
What's going wrong and could bmwhk further fix this?

If i join u guys, does that make 3 jerks?
j/k..
How come one is normal in normal and the other normal in sport? So weird.. u guys should try sit in the car with the tech (if you can be bothered) .. don't comment and watch him drive .. cuz diff drive style may have an effect
Should try swap cars when you guys meet, see if the cars are actually different..

edit: now i have cursed myself, my car is going to start jerking next time i drive

Sure! The more "jerks" the better (I meant for BMW to diagnose)

That's the problem. By now we all know that the F10 has a jerking problem. Just look at the jerking thread in the main F10 General forum here. The problem is that symptoms maybe same/similar, there is no definitive scenario that can certainly cause the jerkiness, compound that with "adaptive" nature of the transmission computer.........

Don't worry. I did that all the time with my old 3er. Fooling around with the steptronic. I don't shift much now with the knob when I am driving, just use the paddles.

lol get the SBv2 that will fix it
JK all 1st year white mice car are like this, I had it in the pre LCI and also in my friends E90. they tried to fix it with the software which they did but it came back after a half a year.
I think it is the timing with the gas and gearbox.
