I'll be going down to an m10 from my current m14...always felt like it was overkill and it does bog sometimes..

Nice find so your m14 flows around 1000 ml/min which translates to 20 on procede flow.
Cant you regulate it ? You can just lower pump pressure or make it go full on higher psi.
You prefer it smaller for atomization?

A generic M14 nozzle is normally 14 GPH or 14 * 3.78 LPH. Or around 882ml/min. I know the CM10 does around 750ml/min @ 180-200psi. For higher power applications many users have found they need anywhere from 1000-1800ml/min to hold full timing and a good air/fuel ratio. I don't think that chart works for the N54.

Remember that is for 50/50 mixture and I suspect the reason they suggest these nozzle sizes is because of quench. A better way to choose your nozzle is determine how much water you want to spray, then use meth ratio to determine what nozzle is best for you needs.

CM10 + solenoid + 250psi pump with 90/10 or 100% meth with 18.5-19psi on stock turbos = no problems.

According to the Procede and JB4 meth output, that's around 950-1000 ml/min. Plenty for this application.

I've measured my flow several times and I'm always getting 900 ml/min with my CM10.
I have a relay who is feeding the pump directly from the battery instead of letting the boost switch doing this job.
This results in 100% good voltage which the boost switch doesn't manage to deliver due to the nasty voltage drop that will occur with this solution.

100% good voltage to the pump means 100% good flow.
I assume there's a risk of getting the same voltage drop using a CMGS or VC2...

PWM meth kit from vishnu is not comparable they use entirely different nozzles. However if I recall their dual nozzle setup is = to two m7 (but dont quote me) its somewhere in one of those threads.

How do you manage the relay? Is your spraying still related to boost albeit not having the boost switch?

I'm still having my boost switch, but it is only activating the solenoid and the coil on my pump relay.

Its actually very smart to run the meth pump on a relay! I might one day even do this myself! Do a search on how relays work and how to wire it in...Its pretty simple once you understand how it works...I wired a relay to my automatic bottle opener for my nitrous even though the kit did not come with one...Works wonders on drawing current from the battery source rather than using a fuse-tap
