Wheel set up - opinions pleaae

Hello all,

I am currently on stock mv3 and rft tires.
Tires are looking a bit low, so am preparing my plan for replacing

I fancy keeping the mv3's and get refurbed grey and equip with winter tires (vedestrian)

The decision I am struggling with is the choice of 19" summer alloys

Alfugen csl reps
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...=536896&page=2

Or

BMW perf 269
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...69+performance

Large cost difference between the two, but I keep coming back to the perf alloys - I need some opinions !
And places to purchase them if anyone knows of good deals?

Oh and either will be shod in contact sport 5 tires

On a black e92 btw

Cheers in advance

Alufelgens - Nice wheels (I have them), but will cost a lot in import duties + based on previous experiences by other forum members there is NO guarantee that the wheels would arrive undamaged.

BMW 269's - arguably a nicer looking wheel than the Alufelgen, and it is an OEM wheel which many prefer, and would probably be easier to move on if you wanted to sell further down the road.

Once again:

Personally I'd speak to Mark @ BM Autosport, and pop down and visit his showroom.
It's only in Eastbourne, and he's a really knowledgeable and friendly Guy.

Have a look through his catalogue of new alloys, your bound to find some wheels that rock your boat here:

I have to disagree with Ian , there is ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE of these wheels arriving undamaged, unless they have drastically revised their packing !!!! I would bet everything I have, they are still packed the same way.

You could have read an "informative" thread about importing these wheels, but as a forum sponsor they applied commercial pressure to suppress the truth, and had the thread removed !

Am I, bitter & twisted, YES, and that should tell you all you need to know.

P.S. I am certainly not the only one to experience this problem, am I guys ????

What about the BMWP313?

Look great on a 335i/d as it's got decent sized brakes

My choice would be 19 staggered csl reps with a nice offset like et27 rear and et30 front..for a great look..perf wheels need to be very careful with them and are expensive..
