Got rear ended yesterday at Leslie and 16th put 2 dents on my 335 bumper :-( the other party wants to use insurance so my insurance provided list of repair shops close to Richmond Hill and Ross foss is one of them, have you guy use them before? Any feed back for Ross foss will be appreciated.

I will never go back to royfxxx! they are pos! They are the bodyshop for T&C but they did shitty job on my E46! paint not match, dripping paint, lossing parts, big gap on fender...etc. Will never bring my car to those so call stealership official bodyshop! same horrible story when I have my tsx fixed by XctionXonda too! And you dun have to bring your car to those insurance list of bodyshop. You can bring it in to any bodyshop you like.

Actually I can but I need to leave the car there for at least 2 days then they send their own adjuster to check before the shop can do any work during these 2 days wait the insurance will not cover the rental.

Usually they do cover! at least all the accident that I have before I can choose which bodyshop to go even they are not on their recommend list and the rental is still cover from the day that I drop it off till I pick it up.

I once had a car fixed at the shop of my choice and I'll never do it again. The car went in without scratched up wheels and a broken tail light but it came out with it. Insurance told me too bad so sad the cheque for the estimate is already written. The body shop didn't care I had picture evidence that all was fine. still FURIOUS to this day.

Thanks platinumcars just picked up my car today I have to say they (Assured Automotive aka Royfoss) did an excellent job to the repair I deal with Justin and Robert both are very professional btw they also provide lifetime warranty for the work as long as I owned the car. I am happy my bumper has been restored back to normal

That looks really good. I may have to see about getting mine done. I've been worried about it being obvious something was painted.
How much $ was the claim for? |

The claim was around $770 to the Insurance but my Insurance will claim the other party who rear ended me.. If you pay your own I think you can ask for discount but I am not sure does not hurt to ask. |
