Question about price of 2008 E90

I am looking at a 2008 335i sedan with Auto, Sports Package, Premium Package, Navigation, iPod. It is a lease return and current mileage is 18,000. The dealer has it listed at 34,000$ and I just wanted some opinions on whether it is possible to negotiate the price down to 31-32.

The 4 years standard warranty on it is up in 4/2012 so I'm sure there is some room for negotiations.

Hey I saw one in socal today with 21k miles and he's only asking 25k. Check craigslist.
