fitted this to my e93 a bit disappointed with it really too quiet have listened to some on you tube and they sound fantastic as does the 335i version, just wondering if bmw have quietened the latest versions, also wondering what the effect would be if i removed the centre silencer, cars done 1000miles since fitting and have the vacuum disconected.

Be patient......mine took around 3 months / 4K miles to mature. Now it's awesome but not too intrusive, more an addictive kinda sound that's led to most of my recent journeys with the windows down

the exhaust is now sounding better every day, more like i was expecting although nowhere near the sound of the performance 335i!

Pleased to hear it - told you it would "mature". Have recently taken to reversing up to park in front of my garage door and giving it a good plip - magic

have now done 4000 miles since fitting the perf exhaust but have to say its really too quiet and am wondering if it would sound better if i removed the resonator box

I quite like the sound (no pun) of this exhaust. How much can I get one of these for and where from?

I can't make the car faster but at least I can make it sound faster.........

in the last 2 weeks the exhaust is sounder much better and now pleased with it but they are very expensive around £700 but it is oem and is a perfect fit try bmminiparts they seem to have good prices
