Modded 09 335i or C63?

Had no luck searching for this. Should a modded 335i with DP's and a tune have comparable power to a stock c63? I know the C63 weighs more too.

C63 is a beast!! I don't think DPs and a tune would do the job especially not at the top end

Really, I can make a 500hp Honda Civic... But I would still take the 335i over that Civic. In the same way I would rather have the c63 over a 335i any day.

lol so you are comparing a 335 to a civic compared to the c63? get a life man.

If you got yours for 20k and minus, leased and destroyed, it doesn't mean a 335I is CHEAP, some people around payed 50k+ for their car and could easily afford a c63 AMG, but no.

U will need FBO 335i with at least pushing 14.5 psi to stay with it or slightly ahead. With meth & higher boost you will pull away from stock c63.

I love both cars, but service on the c63 is $$$$$$$, so if thats an issue 335, if not c63, plus they sound wicked, a 3 liter will never sound like a big as v8

I'd go AMG!! That C63 is a beast stock, but throw a tune on and some boltons and that thing turns into a monster!!!

I always go for the underdog. Thats why I have more fun playing with C63's in my stock sounding/looking 335i sedan. There are some very fast C63s out there at the drag strips, but I haven't run into one that I couldn't walk on the streets.

for overall driving comfort, feel, amenities, luxury etc. I'd go with a 335i.

if i race from traffic light to traffic light in a straight line i'd get the c63. Hell i'd get an m3 before a c63.

If you take away the engines, a c63 is a C350 and a 3-series is a 3 series... which would you rather have then?

My friend has an 09 C63 and I have an 07 335. With a FMIC, DPs,, DCI and tune my car put down 370 whp. With a computer upgrade on his AMG with everything else stock he did 425. Same dyno same day. It is a very fast car. With drag slicks he ran a 11.8. I actually really like the interior in the AMG as well. I think it is nicer than the 335.

c63 and tune is like fbo 335i with meth, I'd go with c63 no questions asked just for the sound

c63 and a 335i is no match. Match the c63 with the m3 and then we are talking.

You are still going to mod the C63 They are detuned 50hp from the factory and with headers + exhaust they are capable of 600+hp. Wait for the new coupe, it's coming with 30hp more than the current sedan. FYI, they only weight 200lbs more than the 335i.

Drove a c63 at a mb amg track event then got into my fbo 335 with stage one cobb with a buddy of mine that doesn't know much about cars, just likes speed and looks of them. For me, it was a close one. My buddy said they felt like the same power level until high in the rpms, than the c took over. Handling, comfort, interior all were equal to us, but we dont track cars and the limits of the 335i are rarely touched let alone what an m3 or amg car could do.

The C63 modded vs a M3 with mods, the C63 will eat the M3 all day long.

I like the C63's especially the coupes, but the auto trans kills it for me.
