Very disappointed with JLEVI
I ordered the Projector 90's from JLEVI 5-6 months ago. There is a ONE YEAR warranty on these lights. So first my driver side front turn signal went out. I thought to myself oh the bulb is out NBD. I go to auto zone and get a new pack of bulb's and replace the old one. I get back in the car to check the turn signal again and what do you know, it's not working. So I took the socket from the passenger side and tried it on the driver side and the blinker started to work again. With the problem diagnosed I contacted JLEVI and they told me to take a picture of the socket and email it to them. So I proceeded on so and promptly sent them a picture. Jlevi gets back to me and says they need to contact their supplier and see if they are under warranty. (Which they should be due to the fact these headlights come with a one year warranty) I get an email back and they say they can not replace the socket for me. Because the supplier claims "this looks like to be customer error during installation" I don't know how a you can break a socket all you do it put in and twist "its so easy a caveman can do it!" JLEVI stand up to your supplier please! So anyways I have to buy a new socket now...

Sorry to hear that, but so far I am pretty satisfied to JleviSW's service.
Before I bought a pair of license plate LED from them, and burned. Got exchange under warranty. |

Thanks man. They honored you warranty on the lights which is great. But what I don't get is why they don't uphold it with the projector 90s? |

ive heard a lot of negative replies about them...for their rediculously high prices to their cheaply made products, and now not very honest and true customer service. the latter is the most important to me. JLEVI i had a full shopping cart on your site, but i hit a bump and it all spilled out.
ill go somewhere else. |

Mine and his problems are easy fixes. We have faulty sockets. Mine failed day one and his later. Either way I'm sure it's depos design fault and not jlevis. And I think they should be covered under warranty since they are A part of the headlight assembly. They are replacing ny Solaris bulbs that blew in the sockets. So that is a plus. But to pay to replace sockets that should be under warranty doesn't seem right. I'm sure they will fix things. It is memorial day weekend, so they may not answer everything right away. Right now I give them 8 out of 10 because of the sockets, and once they fix this problem I give them a 11!

had a problem, and edison got back with me today by email and all is good.... solaris bulbs replaced by jlevisw and cover replaced @ a cost of 15.00....he/they are at the mercy of the supplier...if they want cover the product there hands are tied unless the flip the bill and cover the charges the supplier ask for. I went ahead and ordered bmw sockets just for safe measure. plus jlevisw gave me a discount on my hid kit order that i just placed<i wish i would have done that at the beginning..lesson learned> and a free gift for my trouble... i am completely satisfied.

I've ordered a bunch of things from them, never got a problem.
I had blacklines from them that arrived cracked. I spoke to Bryan, and sent pictures. I was sent a new pair, and held on to the cracked ones while they made a claim (took about 2 weeks, but didn't bother me because the replaced ones arrived.) Fedex came one morning and picked up the damaged pair. Sorry to the OP and others that aren't satisfied

OP, I understand your frustration and can assure you that we will do our best to right the situation. We no longer carry the projector90's for this very reason. They are riddled with quality issues and it is like pulling teeth to get the supplier to take anything under warranty. If we had these items in our inventory it would be a different issue, I'd gladly exchange these for you, but we have no inventory of these headlights or their components. Like I've done for other members, I'll gladly get you the replacement sockets at cost and replace any bulbs they have damaged. I'll PM you with additional details.
