Car has had 2 owners, clean carfax, never been in an accident. still under BMW Ultimate Service warranty with free services until September 2011/50,000 miles Great condition, only blemishes are some city parking scratches on bumper. Car is the perfect combination of all wheel drive, and sports handling. Drives great in the mountains and on snow.
