Track Day Tire Pressures for RTF

I am doing my first track day with my 335is. I have done several track days in a 911 but none with my BMW. I am doing the first track day with the stock 19" RFT. Does anyone have any experience with how much these tires gain pressure as they heat up? Outside temp should be around 65-70 degress with partial sun so not too hot. I am looking for advice on target tire pressure and what to start at cold.

Thanks
Shawn

Start from what the door jam says cold, adjust after each session to make sure wear is optimum without too much roll over.
