Supersprint Race Exhaust BMW E92 335d - one off offer

Hi Guys

We have a Supersprint Race exhaust to test on the E92 335d. We have tested a number of exhausts on the 335d but as they are designed for the 335i in mind they do not make a difference to the sound on the D.

We asked Supersprint for a solution and they have made us a Race version which should make the 335d sound better than other exhausts we have tested.

The exhaust is the rear section, is made from stainless steel and has one 90mm tailpipe each side.

We are offering to fit and supply this exhaust for the bargain price of £200 inc VAT. In return we need to do a dyno test before and after and take some videos and pictures.

RRP on the exhaust is £980 inc VAT supply only. Fitting has to take place at Luton HQ.

Please call the office on 01582 584 000 or email imran at evolveautomotive.com to take advantage of this offer.

Hardly surprising was it

Absolute bargain with a dyno thrown in!
It will be interesting to see if it produces any gains in power over stock, what are you hoping to achieve Imran?

Have SP given any indicative figures?

TBH we are more interested in the sound it produces.

We are dyno testing it for completeness.

We have tested other rear exhausts and they have gained about up to 5 BHP so I would expect the same with this.

It is a prototype - the first of its kind to be produced by Supersprint so even they haven't tested it. Hopefully not the last.

Get rid of the back boxes and the centre muffler and you'll win all round Imran, better sound, less weight and more power

Call me when they want one tested for the 330d.

I'll even put another coat of paint on the office wall for you.

That would be the next stage of the process. Have already discussed this with the OP

It´s on their webpage also listed for the 335i, any idea on the sound (noise) on the petrol engine?

Bloody hell what a steal! I'd have been tempted to buy it and just store it for IF I get a 335d at that price

I haven't heard it on the 335i but looking at the design it would be very loud.

That wouldn't work because the price is dependent on having it fitted now

What type of noise are you looking for?

I don't think that one sounds boomy in real life. We are fitting one next week if you want to listen to it in the flesh?

Listen again Del, that sounds fantastic.

I'd not think twice if I had an 'M', from about 1.30 onwards, although it sounds great through out
