Remove Door Trim (Prep for tinting)

Hi,

Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the door trims on the e90 so tint can be applied correctly? I've been to a few tint shops and none of them have done a BMW e90 yet.

Also, any suggestions for tint type:

1) Does it need to be non-metallic?
2) Best tint type for black car with beige interior, i.e. black or charcoal and % of tint, I don't need it particularly dark, yet the tint shop said you would hardly notice 35% on a beige interior?

Many thanks!

Make sure it's non-metallic tint if you have comfort access. It's been discussed here before that this has interefered with a member's comfort access functions.

Definately go for a non metalic tint. Even without comfort access, a metalic tint will significantly reduce the range of your remote fob.
