please help newb

i am currently running procede 12-17 autune and i want to try the 3-30 dic. so my question is when i upload the 3-30 can i just drive or do i have to select a map setting with the tach like 12-17? how do i know what it starts boosting at..sorry but i very new to this and if someone could please give me a run down on the dic maps that would be much appreciated. also with the mods in my sig and i run 94 octane what would be safe boost to run at. when i was running auto tune i was boosting between 14 and 15.

thanks

The DIC map does not have the auto tune currently, but the torque on the car pulls like no other. You just upload and go, if you don't like it then you can just get the lastest auto tune map and reload. Simple as that.

you also need to reset all of your adaptations. The car will default to map 1, 13.5psi, but you can use the cruise control stock to swith maps (hold up or down).
map0 = valet mode
map1 = 13.5 psi
map2 = 14.5psi
map3 = NA mode (do not use with DIC maps, it does not functon properly)

Follow the directions that come with the downloaded maps/firmware

Download the 3-30 DIC firmware, and upload it to the Procede. Follow the directions in the Read ME file for uploading and resetting adaptations. With your mods and 94 octane you should be safe running 14 psi. Since there is no autotuning, you'll have to go to the User Adjustable Parameters and set your Start Boost at 40. If you are worried about it, you can leave it at the default setting which is 13.5 psi. If you wanted to confirm your car is running fine on 14 psi you'll have to datalog and look at your timing curve to make sure the car isn't pulling timing.
