Question I NEED YOUR HELP: getting KW V2 installed tommorow!!!

Hey fellas:

I am going to get my KW V2 coils installed tomorrow.

I have a few questions:

What the most comfortable set-up?
What setting have been most comfortable for street driving?

PS: I have a E90 335i and I still have my OEM 162's and run flats until wheels come in next month.

Any help will be appreciated.

ThX in advance.

thanks man. Do you even have coils?

This question is for those who have experience with different set-ups with KW V2's. I want to start with something that others may have liked then i can adjust it from there.

Yes I do...

You asked for the most comfortable setting which would logically be full soft.

This is a pretty subjective question to be asking anyway.

mine is set on 7 , little bit more stiff to take the turns. I would start off in the middle, and see how you like it and go on from there. fronts will be easy since you can access it from the engine. rears take a bit more effort since you have to remove the side interior in the trunk. but to make it easy access, you can cut a hole/tab of the interior on top of rear shock mount.

I ended up setting the dampening 5 clicks from the softest. As of now, its been a pretty smooth ride. How have you guys been getting to the rear dampening adjusters in the trunk?

I need to purchase something to plug the hole once I cut the trunk liner.

you do not need to plug the trunk liner hole. you can always leave the stock rubber plug over the shock mount.

I am referring to the trunk liner that will allowing easy access to the dampening adjustment.

Don't cut it out completely. Cut 3 sides of a square to make it a flap. That way you can close it back up.
