F.S: Modified OEM Clutch Delay Valve

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hey guys I have a brand new modified OEM clutch delay valve for manual transmissions that I bought off of another forum member here. I decided i'm not going to do this mod as I have other plans for my car.
For those who do not know what the modified cdv does, it provides a wider opening in the valve so that the fluid may enter the clutch lines resulting in faster clutch engagement and smoother shifting (especially from gears 1-2). This mod also save the clutch from wearing out faster.

This cdv should fit all E92 and E90's with no problems.

I'm asking 25shipped. Pm if interested.

I believe so. Here's more info the BMS site which states their modified CDV is for the e90 3-series. Slaughterhouse, sorry man but just don't like seeing members pay extra for used parts. Try lowering the price some.

Linky to Burger Motorsport's modified CDV

Just got a cdv delete installed today in tandem with a SSK. Awesome combo. I was hesitant about installing the cdv delete at first with concerns about the stress on the tranny. Seriously had it in my garage for almost a year, but can't believe the difference it makes in shifting between gears and especially between 1st and 2nd. Shifting feels much smoother and seems easier on the tranny and clutch. If you install one of these you won't be disappointed.

I had it installed at ltbmw. If you install it yourself you'll need a way to jack up the front of the car in order to get access underneath and have a buddy prime the line for you. It's easy to do if you're familiar with tools and simple mods. There's a DIY located on this forum explaining the process. I haven't seen any negative reports from people after installing the cdv delete on their cars, just hesitations before the install.
