Need Tire buying advice - new 20" wheels

Hey guys hoping you all could help me out. I am receiving new wheels today for my 335i sedan- Iforged Equip 20". The guys I bought it from recommended buying tires sized 245 30/20 (front) and 285 25/20 (rear) from one of the following manufacturers:

-Falken
-Toyo
-Pirelli
-Continental

I was told using these sizes and manufacturers' tires would prevent any rubbing issues. You guys have any preference, experience or recommendations?

Also, there does not seem to be a lot of availability for the 285 25/20 (rear). Is this an unusal size? Reading the boards it does not seem all that common.

thanks
