Anyone interested in an E30 coupe fixer upper?

Posting this for a friend. The car is in Frederick MD. I think they just want to get back what they spent on it in the last year for repairs. I personally have not seen the car in about 8 years, but it was nice back then. This would probably for someone who wants to fix it up themselves and can get parts at a decent price:

1990 325i Coupe with 5sp manual trans
240k miles
Burgundy Exterior
Interior is in decent condition
Exterior the clear coat is about gone, but no rust, no sizeable dents.

Recently had done:

Rubber intake boot
Throttle position switch
Crankshaft Position sensor
DME control relay
Spark plugs and wires
Intake Manifold gasket

Was told it needs this to pass MD inspection:

replace control arms
replace rear brakes and rotors
replace muffler
replace cracked fog light
replace rear shock bushings
replace wiper blades
fix turn signals
fix reverse lights
replace driveshaft joint
replace timing belt
replace tires
may benefit from new engine control module

windshield has some dings in it (kids and rocks), but no cracks.

What kind of price are we talking here? I was looking at e30's the other day and thinking about buying one for winter so I didn't have to drive my e92. Not set on one but if the price is right, I'm game.
