Just want to give a very warm shout out to the absolute best service adviser I've ever had. Nick Lal ladies and gentlemen! If you're still under warranty and am in the area, TAKE YOUR CAR TO NICK!

He'll hook you up with a nice loaner ride (depending on availability of course), and make sure everything you need is covered. Even if you're not able to get a loaner, the shuttle driver Marvin is a very cool guy

I was referred over to Nick by a few buddies of mine after they heard me complaining about Mountain View BMW and Stevens Creek BMW. Those guys try to get out of work if at all possible. It's so shady.

With Nick, you won't have ANY issues. Modified car? No problem! Special requests? Done deal!
