Help with lowering !
Hi Guys. I have just lowered my new F10 with RD sports springs. I have adaptive drive on my car. But the car are making noises from the front. I think its coming from the suspension. Does anyone know if there is anything that need to be done after changing springs? Like reprogram or de-gas the suspensions or?

I'm assuming you got the alignment adjusted.

Make sure you have your sway bar end links are connected properly. My mod shop forgot to connect one end of the link bar and it had strange noise. Eventually the end link drop to the ground. Took my car back to shop for repair and I busted those guys badly.

My BMW dealer told me there was no way to de-gas a strut --- possibly you can reprogram the ARS, but they also said that was not necessary. What does the noise sound like and do you hear it only when turning, stopping, etc.?

If whomever put on your lowering springs says everything is okay, then I'd try the software update of the Active Roll Stabilization. I had a grinding noise when turning at lower speeds on mine before putting on the lowering springs, and after the software update, the noise went away.
