Sounds like you had to pay for a brake job out of pocket.

I would consider this when on a road trip, pull into campground and if its too cold to camp, just sleep in car, use showers and splt...I fish and camp all the time, though not in the 3 yet...

With the seats folded down, a family of 3 can live comfortably in the car.

No lie, when I was in college, I lived for 5 days in a Toyota Corolla rental. LAPD saw me and came up on the vehicle with guns drawn. When all the paperwork was on the up-and-up, the officer told me be careful out here, it's very dangerous. Good ol' Crenshaw.

haha, i'm always on call for work and too tired to drive home so i figured i'd just sleep at work in my e90 (with no fold down rear seats). i'm currently thinking about picking up an e92 instead of spending the $3-5k to convert my pre-lci to lci.

I used to sleep a lot in my car, did a lot of crazy things in college. But I'm not sure anymore, I mean, overnight. Once I woke up in a rest area in VT and a state trooper was parked right next to me. I'm sure he pulled in, shined his flashlight in my car, saw me, and I have no clue how long he was there. Which I thought was creepy, but if some serial killer, quite creepy.....

sleep in the trunk (with one seat folded down ) it's a lot more bed-like, and if you're in a vert the fold-down rear windscreen thing makes a good privacy barrier when the front seats are slid back. but in the e90 i think you're stuck with the side shades.

sorry if i'm paranoid its just i dont reallly like sleeping in the car in sketchy areas.

My brothers and I did this once in my '08 coupe when my mom was in the hospital. We are all 5' 10"+ and it was still moderately comfortable. We took rounds of who got to sleep since I had no tints. One person with the "luxury" accomodations bed in the trunk and folded rear seats and then one person in each front seat.

It was a good few hours of rest.
