Fitting BMW Carbon roundels on OZ Wheels?
Hi there,
Yesterday I was taking my summer shoes out. For a routine cleaning and to put my new roundels on the wheels. Problem is that they dont fit! I thought that those caps were universal since they were offering only one size of caps; My bad! The BMW roundels comes in a small plastic socket (Most likely the same socket as OEM) and the OZ ones comes in a smaller, different kind of socket (63mm) that clips in the middle of the OZ wheel with light pressure. But the BMW ones seems a little too large for the hole in the OZ wheel, but the roundel itself is the same size; so the socket have to be removed or simply cut out. I could remove the roundel itself and glue it to the OZ one, but I want a clean job and would prefer to make the thing fit without having to mod anything. Example of the caps: OZ: BMW: Did anybody ever succeeded in fitting the BMW roundels on the OZ wheels? I'll take some more picture tonight to show how they're made and see what can be done. Any help would be appreciated
