7 front and 10 back
drop is minimum at front and the back is aligned to that.
Works good for my setup.

Damn, those are hard settings! Are the roads in Sweden smooth as ice?

With the M3 suspension parts I find the overall ride has been tightened quite a bit. For daily driving I run 3 front and 5 back. Anything above that and I get the feeling the wheels are a bit square, even on non-RFTs

On the track I would run 6 front and 7 rear.

nope the roads can be bad so you need to be carefull but i like the car tight so i am ready to sacrifice comfort.
