HID / fog light bulbs for a 2011 335xi coupe (M sport package)

Hi guys, I want to change my stock foglights to HID / aftermarket bulbs (specifically xenon / whitish color).

How can I find out what size bulbs I need for my 2011 335xi coupe - it is the M sport package - besides taking everything apart on the car? I searched the forums but did not come up with anything for the 2011 models. If I missed it, just point me to the location, thanks.

When I search on the internet, different sites say different sizes (e.g., 9006, H8, H11, etc.). I also checked the user manual; it just tells me to go to my dealer / service area.

GASP! Lefty, did you take Bobblehead's advice on the fog lamp bulb (H11)?? I was just about to purchase some Nokya 2500 (coz I want it really yellow) but everyone's been telling me to get the H8. I never saw any thread asking about the M-Package, which I have on my 2011 335i sedan! Was that the correct bulb? Did you change to HID or just the H8/H11 bulb?

The correct fog light bulb for a 2011 E90 w/M-Sport is the 9006. I just installed a set on my car on Saturday, so I know these are the correct bulbs.

Huge weight lifted off my shoulders!

I'll be upgrading to the MTEC 6000k D1S bulbs (for xenon) and to the Noyka 2500 9006 for foglamps. Waiting on a vendor's pricing now. Thanks again!

its 9006 for your model year and make (M Package), normal E90 LCI's are H8 for fog lights.
