angel eye malfunction

I recently got the rd angel eyes from e92lighting.com and only the inside rings light up was wondering if anyone new why this was happening

Post up some pics. But I'm sure it's the design of the headlights. Also, RD Angels are not bright at all.

Its got the two lights on each side that spit so i was thinking the guy who installed them didn't do it right cas in all the pictures ive seen it lit up all four rings but if thats not the case what lights should i get to make all 4 rings nice and bright

That's the design unfortunately, we dropped RD because of that issue.
