Black And White 328 Roundel help!!!

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie to this forum but have been poking around for a few months now. Ive recently bought a 2009 Alpine white 328i sport and absolutely love the car which is funny because i never thought id own a BMW but the wifey wanted one so we got one and and i am very happy we did. But now being the never happy with stock kinda person im starting to customize the car but am having problems finding Black and white roundels for my car. There are carbon fiber ones on ebay but since im not going the carbon fiber route i just want plain black and white ones. Does anyone know where i can pick up a set including wheel centers? Also on most websites ive looked on they list 2006+ e90 trunk emblems as 73mm but iv measured mine and while i havent used a caliper mine measured 2 15/16 which is just about 74mm so i dont know if thats the size i need or if im just messing up. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I did i've been checking daily but i wanted a complete set from the same seller. Couldn't find any and i'm impatient so i bit the bullet and ordered some vinyl overlays. I figure ill do that for now and wait for a set to pop up.

hey jlevisw,

was wondering if you guys were still selling the set? i would need the front, back, steering wheel and 4 wheel roundels, a total of 7 pieces for a e90 2008 335xi sedan.

also, i've heard some horror stories about removing the steering wheel roundel. some say it can't/shouldn't be done due to it affect the airbag and just resort to overlays. can you please advise how removal is done?

thanks, looking forward to hearing back from you via PM.

just check the vendor section on here.....jlevis, eas, ebay, e-92 lighting (i ordered my 7 piece set from him), all selll them, i believe you can buy individual or get a set, applicable to most all models. to my knowledge, the steering wheel emblem is just a vinyl overlay, you don't want to touch the wheel as doing so may either destroy a perfectly good steering wheel or you might set off the airbag? i went with the overlays first but over time they started to fade so i went the proper route to just get the roundels, you'll save yourself time in the long run
