Question 2011 550ix M Sport Wheel Size Question

The standard rim for this model is the 19" 351 M Wheels. What are the actual size specifications for this wheel?

I'm interested in replacing these rims with a set of Hartge Classic II rims of the same size. Does Hartge make a matching size in the Classic II's?

Assuming that Hartge has the Classic II in the same wheel size, could I install the tires that come with the 550ix on these wheels?

Thanks for any assistance offered.

Thanks Bobblehead for the prompt reply.

Question...looks like these 19" Classic II's would be close to the standard rims:

19" Hartge Classic 2
Front & Rear alloy wheels: 19x8" ET37 Tires: 245/40/19

However I noticed 2 specs that are different:
1. The 19" Classic II's rims are 8" wide compared to the standard 8.5" rims. Any issues with them being a .5" less? Need any offsets?

2. The tire specs for the 19" Hartge's are ET37's vs. the standard ET33's. What's the difference? Can I use the ET33's that come standard with the Hartge 19"?

The 245/40/19 should fit the Hartge 8" wide without any issue. Offset - as indicated.

Offset is only refer to the rims ... has no relation to the size of the tires.

Based on the Hartge spec. - (in comparison to the stock spec.) .... The new wheel setup will give you:
4mm closer to the suspension/brake component - which is within acceptable allowance to clear the mentioned.

Before you proceed to buy the rims, you should also double check with the wheel/tire shop to make sure of any (brakes/suspension) clearance issue.
